In a small, quiet, lovely village, they lived — children full of energy and creativity who discovered new games every day and were always looking for new adventures. But when night came and the moonlight shone strongly in the sky, magic, wonderful stories reached their ears.
One night, when the moonlight had reached every corner of the village, the children gathered together to tell one another stories of far, beautiful worlds. Suddenly Leila, a girl with green eyes and a warm smile, suggested that tonight she would tell a story from Moonlight Tales.
Leila began. “In a make-believe village that was swift and full of joy, they lived. Every night, when the moonlight came onto the sky, strange and wonderful magics happened all around them. One special night, in their village, there was a big tree full of colorful, bright lamps. This tree was known as the Moonlight Tree, and through it the moonlight gave light to the town.”
Leila went on. “In this village there lived a little boy named Milo. He was always looking for new adventures and wonders that waited for him in the arms of the night and the moonlight. One night, when the moon lit the whole town in many colors, Milo went looking for the Moonlight Tree.”
The children listened to the story with wondering minds and wide eyes. Leila continued the story with all its feelings. “Milo was looking for a way to understand the secrets of the Moonlight Tree. He began to wander around the tree to find out how he could use the moonlight.”
With all these efforts, Milo at last discovered the secret of the Moonlight Tree. He understood that if he gathered the moonlight with a magic wand made from the wood of the Moonlight Tree, he could use it to light the way for himself and for others.
After that, Milo and his friends began a magic journey full of adventure, always with the light and color of the moonlight that came from the Moonlight Tree.
The story ended, and the children went off smiling and full of energy. They were now thinking of pictures from the magic tales told in the moonlight, and they hoped that one day, like Milo, they too could have an adventure in the world of moonlight.
The End.
