On a warm, sunny day, in the heart of a faraway forest, there lived a young frog named Pooshideh. He was a small, lively frog who was always looking for adventure and new discoveries.
Pooshideh was always searching for a magic pond of water. Old tales said that in that pond, whatever someone’s heart wished for would come true. But no one knew where the magic pond was, or how to find it.
One day, Pooshideh decided to go looking for the magic pond. He traveled all through the forest, crossed rivers, and went down into valleys, but none of them was a magic pond. He asked every animal in the forest, but no one knew where the pond was.
Then Pooshideh went to a wise, clever duck named Dana. Dana smiled a big smile and said to Pooshideh, “The magic pond is hidden in the depths of the forest, but to find it, you must use your heart.”
Pooshideh followed Dana’s guidance with great excitement. Deep in the forest they came to a river with stone steps. They climbed the steps, and at last they reached a small blue pond whose edges were lined with beautiful dancing flowers.
Dana said to Pooshideh, “This is the magic pond you were looking for. Now, with a clear and honest heart, say your wish.” With eyes full of joy, Pooshideh wished that every day he and his friends would come to this pond and be happy together.
When Pooshideh finished, his wish came true. From that day on, he and his friends came to the magic pond every day. They played together and spent happy moments side by side.
Pooshideh reminds children that by following their wishes and using their hearts, they can find a world of joy and sweet adventures — just like Pooshideh and his friends in this story.
The End.
