Once upon a time, in the heart of a big green forest, there lived a strong and kind lion named Shirkouhan. Shirkouhan was the strongest and most magnificent animal in the forest, and all the animals respected him. But even with all his strength, Shirkouhan was very kind and friendly.
One warm, sunny day, Shirkouhan decided to rest in the shade of a big tree. He lay down quietly under the tree and closed his eyes. Just then, a little mouse named Moosho was playing near Shirkouhan. Moosho was full of energy and curiosity, and he was always looking for new adventures.
When Moosho saw Shirkouhan, he thought this was a wonderful chance to see the great lion up close. He carefully came near Shirkouhan and began to climb up his tail. But Shirkouhan suddenly woke up and saw a little mouse on his body. Shirkouhan said in a loud voice, “What is this on me?”
Moosho jumped down in fright and said, “I am sorry, Shirkouhan. I did not mean to bother you. I was just very curious and wanted to see you up close.”
Shirkouhan looked at Moosho kindly and said, “It is all right, Moosho. I became curious too, about why a little mouse would come to see me.”
Happy about Shirkouhan’s kindness, Moosho said, “Shirkouhan, may I be your friend?”
Shirkouhan answered with a smile, “Of course. Why not? Friendship with all the animals of the forest is an honor for me.”
From that day on, Shirkouhan and Moosho became good friends. They played together every day and spent time together. Shirkouhan protected Moosho with his strength, and Moosho helped Shirkouhan with his mind and cleverness. All the animals of the forest were surprised to see the friendship of a lion and a mouse, but they soon understood that true friendship has no limits.
One day, something unhappy happened in the forest. Mean hunters came into the forest and set traps to catch the animals. Shirkouhan, who had gone out to find food, suddenly got caught in one of the traps. He tried to free himself, but the trap was very tight and he could not get out.
Shirkouhan called for help in a loud voice, but no one answered him. Meanwhile, Moosho, who had noticed that his friend had been gone a long time, set out to look for Shirkouhan. Soon he heard Shirkouhan’s groans and ran toward the sound. When Moosho saw that Shirkouhan was stuck in the trap, he became very worried and at once began to think of a way to help.
Moosho said to Shirkouhan, “Do not worry, Shirkouhan. I will save you.”
Shirkouhan looked at him in surprise and said, “But Moosho, you are so small. How can you help me?”
Moosho smiled and said, “I may be small, but I am clever.”
Moosho began to chew the ropes of the trap. With his small, sharp teeth, he quickly cut the ropes. With every rope that was cut, Shirkouhan became a little freer. At last Moosho managed to open the trap completely, and Shirkouhan came out.
Shirkouhan said with joy and thanks, “Moosho, you are my true friend. You saved my life.”
Moosho answered humbly, “That is what every good friend does for a friend.”
From that day on, the friendship of Shirkouhan and Moosho became stronger than ever. They showed all the animals of the forest that friendship and kindness can be stronger than any obstacle. Shirkouhan and Moosho told stories of their adventures together, and all the animals of the forest listened with big ears and enjoyed this strange and beautiful friendship.
And that is how Shirkouhan and Moosho, with their friendship and kindness, turned the forest into a place full of love and friendship.
The End.
